If you're collaborating with people outside of your team or agency check that they have access to the tool, platform or software you want to use. Choosing a tool that others can get access to easily, or are already familiar with, can save you time and effort.

Talk to your ICT support team if you need help with inviting other people to access the tool you're using.

Check your agency information security policy before using a tool or standard platform. You need to make sure the tool offers the appropriate level of protection for your information.
