Previously customers found it challenging to find information on upcoming land and property development. This had significant impact on housing affordability and availability.
An online service has tackled these shortcomings by providing timely and up to date spatial land and property information. This has enabled councils, developers and citizens to find accurate information about land and property development in NSW easily.
It's exciting to know that 500,000 subdivision and strata plans have been digitally converted. A proposed cadastral dataset showing parcels under development (yet prior to registration of land title) and 4D representation of strata plans are underway.
