In the past, government digital services and products didn’t provide a way to capture real time sentiments feedback from customers. Sentiment Check Widget provides a quick and simple way to capture customer feedback via only one click. Customers can provide feedback by clicking thumbs up or thumbs down and provide optional comments with their response.
Sentiment Check Widget works flexibly and can be customised across different government services. It has been incorporated in numerous NSW Government services such as Fuel Check, Digital Driver Licence, Parkn’Pay, e-Planning Portal, Home Building Compensation Check and Making Business Easier to name a few. The service has recorded over 2 million responses since its launch.
These insights are shared in real-time with all stakeholders within government including the Minister’s Office. This helps us improve our digital products and service offerings, thereby improving the quality of customer services and level of customer satisfaction within government.
