We are continuously refreshing the content of Beyond Digital Strategy to ensure it's relevant with the new and exciting initiatives that get launched across NSW Government, and have a whole of government implication for customer and digital direction for New South Wales.
We're thrilled to have released our third update for the Beyond Digital Strategy in September 2020. The strategy has always been designed to be a living and evolving digital product, which is updated every quarter via a minor release.
What's new in our Sept 2020 release?
Beyond Digital Strategy minor releases are launched every quarter. This has numerous benefits for customers, public servants, partner and businesses. The key reason for each minor release is to drive transparency within government and for the community. This is pivotal to making government more effective, inclusive and cohesive.
In this minor release, 25 new success stories have been published, updates on the newly launched NSW AI Strategy, NSW Smart Places Strategy, and NSW Smart Infrastructure Policy have also been included in the strategy. Furthermore, new statistics around MyServiceNSW accounts, and the ever-growing success of the Digital Driver's License are now available in the strategy content.
