The COVID-19 Assistance Finder is enabling citizens of NSW to identify benefits and services available to them in their time of need in a simple and streamlined way. Customers can complete a 2 minutes questionnaire available on Service NSW website to find personalised results, tailored to individuals or businesses.
How has the COVID-19 impacted NSW citizens?
The assistance finder caters for all NSW citizens. Since the launch, 47,000 citizens have accessed the COVID-19 Assistance Finder and 32,100 citizens have received guidance and support based on their search results. Majority of users accessing the tool look for financial assistance. Other assistance areas include support with food, household and living in NSW. This online tool is available via nsw.gov.au and Service NSW, for both individual and business support.
