In the past, analysing and visualising real-time metrics on a map was far away from reality in government. NSW Government's Pulse is changing the landscape by providing up to date and real time operational insights related to business, operation or legislation. These insights are further used to drive business decisions and automate operational activities in real time within government.
Pulse currently encompasses initiatives such as Fuel Check, Smart Meters, CTP Claims, CTP Policy, Toll Relief and CTP Refunds, e-Planning, Digital Driver's License and Park'n Pay.
This has enabled business units to use Pulse as an operational analytics dashboard. This has empowered agencies and the Ministers' Office to use real time insights to drive government decisions, thereby improving efficiency and reducing cost.
